Hmmmm... You'd have to explain it in more detail.

Do you mean a pixel curve? Use pencil, size: 1
And to put another line around your current line, right click on the layer with your line and select Blending options. Then click stroke and just play with that until you've found what you're looking for PM me for more help!

    Hope I helped,
    Rosiix

Sorry, my fault! Well to make it glow, you can use stroke on Blending options. But the best option for making a line glow is the first option on Blending options. Just have a look

    Hope I helped.

I know about blending options, but like when you draw it, it goes onto the background. Or do you need to create a new layer and draw it using that then blending options outer glow?

You need to create a new layer, keep 1 normal and glow 1.

But I want to know how to create a perfect curling line, like on paint you draw a straight line and can bend it.

    Hmm...

Okay, draw a straight line pixel by pixel with Pencil size one (on a seperate layer!)
Then press Ctrl+T. You should be able to move it around. However, as far as I know, you can't "bend" it

    Hope I helped,

    Rosii.

Ah I know what you mean, on some sigs people have like glows with a little squirly line, they use the pen tool then add a glow to it, there's good guides on Google of how to use the pen tool.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

If you draw a line with the line tool then go to Edit >> Transform (in CS2, I assume it's similar in other versions) you can bend it.
