    Default [HELP] iPod Touch Help!

    Hey,

    I recently installed 3.0 Firmware for my iPod Touch first generation. Now I have an issue, I've lost all my stuff and I'm wondering is there anyway I can get it back?


    I made a backup but whenever I go backup it never does anything.
