.PSD to a website format?

Is it possible to turn a .PSD into a website layout. Because I had gotten a layout that had the index.html file but also had the .psd. I edited the .psd to my liking and wondering is there a way to convert it to some sort of website format... otherwise i'll just copy and paste it all into the index.html.

You can't simply convert it into a web friendly coded website, you have to code it properly.

Then i'll save the images and text and just overwrite. Just thought there might of been a easier way.
