20 pots
20 buckets

grind the bones into bone meal and put them in the pots
fill the buckets with echo plasma or w.e its called then pray in the thing with them and talk to the guy

The ecto place is right next to the farm you have to go to during the quest, so you can just get them when you're there. Also, you don't need 20 of everything. I used 8 normal bones, 8 pots and 8 buckets and got 30 odd ecto-tokens. It explains what you have to do to get the ecto-tokens at the beginning of this tutorial.
