Their requirements say you must have basic knowledge in html, and mention nothing about PHP, (for Assistant Production Manager) even though their website is php-based, with only a few frames and stuff coded in HTML?

I'm sure the employee will work through a content management sort of interface and so the only coding knowledge they'll need is for basic styling (e.g. <strong> tags etc). I doubt they'd have to code any PHP...
It's not as if you'll be coding the site, that's what 3rd party design companies are for...
Chippiewill.
But surely they'd be required to code something in PHP at the same time? Otherwise, it'd be doing simple HTML, which will have doubts for Site Management.
You will use a web development software. Therefore only some HTML is required for the articles published.
The technical php coding etc is done by the techies.
I'm guessing they will be using html in posting news updates?
They probably won't even need HTML for newsie and stuff? Since, it's all WYSIWYG.
I thought the website was coded in jsp?
