    Not it isn't? It's not been against the rules for a long time. The Master CS4 keygens should work fine, make sure however you either run the included disable_activation.cmd file or make the changes yourself as described in the readme. This works for me anyway.

    Portable apps are crap if your planning to use it on a long term basis IMO.
