I've recently put in an order for a Ps3 on Amazon and it's still open, (the order) it hasn't been dispatched yet as that what it's saying.. is this normal as when i get buy stuff off there the orders are usually closed within minutes..

The money has come out of my balance so...

I placed the order about 12:00 yesterday and i thought it was best suited here as it's Technology + The Web?

Maybe because it's out of stock, a big (monetary) purchase or something.

They would only ever take the money out of your bank when the item is dispatched. They usually dispatch items within 24 hours (or the same day) for me.

So I assume they have dispatched your item, but haven't sent you a dispatch email?

Nope item is still an open order - Hasn't been dispatched...

And it's vouchers, haven't paid by Debit card or via bank transfer

Never mind it's sorted now, phoned up Amazon this morning and apparently the vouchers have been bought using a credit card... Lol, bought if off someone so i have no idea...

Just going to have to wait a day or two to see what will happen next..
