Whats the tool called?

Basically i pierced my own lip before (it went fine, didnt kill myself (obvs) or didnt get infected but had to take it out cause it was school time) But it was kinda slanted. I need to know the name of the tool which you use to keep it straight and teh needle in place. (Yes i use the proper needle and sterelising and stuff)

I got the proper hollow needles so you can slip the piercing in the back and its easy and i got the correct bars all i needed was the proper tool.
