    Default Workout Schedule?

    What is your workout schedule daily, or what you do in the week.

    Mine:
    100+ Crunches every night/day
    1+ Miles on tredmill every night/day
    Full body work out on bowflex/free weights: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    What do you guys do weekly/daily or whatever?

    I do karate Monday and Wednesday Nights
    I do treadmill and bike machine classes at Virgin Active Gym on thursday and on Sunday before 6 i go swimming at Virgin Active Gym

    Mine is weird, I Do 35 pushups each day/night, keep doing situps till i can't do no more each night, Swim, And I just quit my karate classes. They were getting dumb

    Oh yes, I forgot about swimming and stuff.

    I do push ups too, but not many.

    Hour of pressups pull ups situps a night, Gym after school everyday and 12 miles on the excersise bike.

    Im just gonna be honest and say i havent got a "Schedule" i just like, go running if i feel like it, or go out with mates and play some football all day. Which is a good work out x]
