    How? Permanent aswell please.

    I done CCleaner>Startup>Disable.
    I also deleted it off that menu bit thingy.

    in windows live, click tools > options > sign in

    untick

    I was somewhere there but never saw it LOL!

    That was why it was still forced to load on startup!
