What are the lyrics? You could base an image around them. I think japanese/chinese symbols are a good idea, I have one on the back of my neck. Just post the lyrics you think you would like and I'll try think of something .

YAY, I like things like this.
But I wanna know the lyrics first as it can give you ideas.
'I don't know how all people haven't got mental health problems
thinking is one of those stressful things I've ever come across
and not being able to articulate what i want to say drives me crazy.'

If your going to have lyrics, you could have little musical note around the lyrics.

But thats just my thoughts :eusa_danc

Yeah, post the lyrics you have in mind first.
I love helping for tattoo ideas
Agreed with sarcastix, chinese/japanese symbols look v. nice and dnt take up much room. I'll help once you post the lyrics

(like if i was a guy, i would probably do something like "I'm the man who can't be moved" on my wrist with like, a celtic knot. here's why)
Knot tattoos are usually made with Knotwork. They are usually made with no beginning and no end. A knot with no beginning or end symbolizes the never-ending cycle of death and rebirth.
Knots that are pure are unending unless they end with a zoomorphic design (feet, heads, or tails) or a spiral. Un-pure Knotwork ends with a broken, ended, strand or does not connect back to its origional band.

The inner strength symbol is a personal symbol that "to you" represents inner strength. Celtic knotwork generally represents this itself. The lines of an inner strength symbol should be in an infinity knot, a shield knot, or a new age knot for this symbolism to occour.
Infinity Knot: An infinity knot is a knot that can be traced back to it's own beginning.

Shield Knot: A shield knot is a knot that can be placed inside a shield. It is a knot of protection and magical powers. The knot is believed to temporarily distract the enemy long enough to give oneself the advantage and win in battle. Any shield knot would definately be considdered and inner strength symbol.

New Age Knots: Modern knots that have been labeled with the symbol meaning of inner strength. You can have a modern artist, such as Shane Clark, create a symbol for you that means whatever you want.

there's a little background info for you on celtic knots, and inner strength celtic knots
