    Default Internet service Providers

I'm currently with BT Homehub, (the older version)
it has been playing up recently, I use a laptop and wirless has stopped working. We phone up there customer service in like india and get charged like £1.80 an hour and she does the EXACT same as what we do.

Turn the router off, count to 10. Turn back on.
It works for around 10-20minutes the turns off. I'm currently using an ethernet cable to connect but anyway.

I want to change, any rec's n what I should go with? I was gonna go with talktalk but then a friend of mine said it was crap so I don't know lol.

    Any ideas? please share.

(I don't know if this is the right section for this so if it's not a mod move it please lol)

I'd personally recommend Virgin Media. Try and get fibre optic if you're in the fibre optic area - don't check the website, ring them up (they haven't updated the site with areas).

The speeds are fast (I'm getting 9.85mb/10mb) and it's pretty good pricing.

If you cannot get Fibre Optic with Virgin then I would go elsewhere, I hear a lot of bad stories about their ADSL service

You do realise it's your router's problem, not your ISP's? Just get a new router for £30

The HomeHub updates automatically during the night when a new firmware is released.
