My RS Disaster

A few days ago when Amir Kahn was fighting, I changed my password to something really random. And because my dad was going on with himself about how good Kahn is I had totally forgotten what I changed it to within 10 mins. So I thought nvm, I'll just recover it. 1st attempt = denied, 2nd attempt = status has changed to Unknown, 3rd attempt = denied. I've just done another recovery but this time I managed to find the exact date of when I made it, I also put the transaction ID in for my latest subscription. But I don't see why they haven't accepted the previous attempts. All my recovery answers are correct, the previous passwords are correct, the ISP I used to create it is correct, the duration and payment method of my current subscription is correct, what more do they want? But if they reject this it doesn't look like I'll ever get it back. That will be my main gone. :@:rolleyes:

try inputting your current ip and whatnot into the more info bar

They don't have a number to phone them on. We went onto www.jagex.com and got their address, my Mum will write a letter to them if they deny this one.
