    Default Legs?

    Ok,
I am pretty athletic and I after running I get like a strange indescribable feeling in my legs and it only goes for 5mins then it stops but it annoys me so much because if I run I start limping for about 5mins then I'm right.

BTW: Going to a fisio wouldn't do much since I can't really describe what it feels like :S

    Anybody know?

Perfectly normal, it's just lactic acid that builds up because when you sprint your body isn't
getting enough oxygen it needs to break down the glucose for energy so lactic acid is formed mainly in your quadriceps

Stretch after you run to rid the lactic acid away

the usual stuff, if its your legs then focus on stretches that are for the lower body area like lunges? etc

    Maybe try some of these:

And make sure you warm up for a bit by walking for a few minutes before running as just jumping into your exercising is bad
    Ex-mod.

I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.

Hmm, I think that's extremely normal, but just incase I'd recommend you'd do some of the regular stretches or something like that.
