I'd say 14 credits (although sometimes ranges from 13-15).

The proper hc value would be considered "13.5" creds

As they are aminly sold for 14 creds or 13 creds, and i mostly buy 2 per 27c and a lot of people sell at tat price too, so 13.5 creds i believe is its true value

i agree with Trex
prices range from 13-14, with people sometimes paying 27c per 2 hc (13.5 per)
some get away with 7hc per 100c which is around 14.3, but thats the best you'll get.
So 13.5 as 14c per or 13c per being the general price.
