BETA Update thread.

Just as a slight example. As I was saying in one or two other threads, the BETA version remains to have a lot of bugs inside. Due to the fact, you can still pull sessionid out from the client source, and use it for 'evil practices/methods'. Anyways, here's some things I'll list.

Updates as of 09/06/09 (Release Unknown)

1. Pets move different ("TEST-PETS"), but are apparently only like that for BETA. Shame, they needed a change for pets! They will need to stay, left alone in the catalogue until another update.
2. They've developed animated icons, such as the icon for the catalogue. This will be nicer, and make the navigation more attractive. Pretty small, but nice at the same time.
3. There seems to be a new menu, which looks really nice. It gives it a more updated feel, and this update makes me feel like Habbo will be better - ok, not really, but it is nice!
4. Not sure if these are glitches or not, but you can grab a drink if you are sitting/standing at the side of a drink machine.
5. Trophy dialog boxes seem to just appear blue, like notices. But the external's seem to still be in the code for the .swf, so this is maybe just a bug - see, more and more silly things for BETA!
6. When you grab a drink and click yourself, or click someone else who is carrying a drink, the drink gets jumbled with your motto.
7. The floor is now part of the doorway, or so they say. This is most likely a bug, or just shading gone very badly wrong.
8. The walls are now shaded very badly, and some of the furniture still remains at failing it's job of not working.

Updates as of 15/06/09 (Release 34)

1. A new version of Habbo has been released with a few minor updates. (Linking would be against the rules, even though you can only view the hotel view and not have access).
2. Stickies work, you need to double click them to open. You can't change the color of them, or move them around like the old pop-up box. I hope to god this is sorted.
3. There is now a "Move" function on photo's. This is currently bugged! When you click, you get an error. Shame. I don't see how this feature is that much of an improvement though, to be fair.
4. The trophies have a small black outline around them, which is nothing too noticeable. When a lot of furniture is piled into one space, you find that the mouse keeps flickering.
5. If you enter a walled teleporter, you now error! How awesome is that! You're literally erroring due to the fact you're walking straight into a wall! Go Habbo!
6. Present's currently don't work, and are failing to load, along with photo's, even though when you actually click them, the image boxes are still appearing. Strange!
7. HabboHome buttons are failing to work on R34, for now. I'm sure they will definitely be fixed up though. This will just be some simple coding.

This thread will be updated when we have more information, and/or BETA is updated.

Updates as of 23/06/09 (Release 34)

1. The client is now found to be encrypted better, which means it makes it harder for good scripting attempts.
2. New Poll is available for BETA testers - we may soon be able to make our own clothes, and we can vote for things to come back.
3. Camera's, Battleball, New Room Layouts like Public Spaces, New furni and tools for games, bring back Habbo Guides, Pets, Trax, loan furni, improved pets to follow you around the hotel and much more!

Updates as of 25/06/09 (Release 34)

1. Tons of keygen's have been going around - DO NOT TRUST THEM! BETA codes can only be used once!
2. Glitches found in the Arctic Furni - not sure if this is part of just BETA glitching, or normal Habbo glitching.
3. The snowy windows overlay everything else, meaning that it's always infront of the rest of the things.
4. Snow Storm furniture doesn't work correctly - shows some icons for it, but doesn't show the actual furniture.
5. Pet's still lay and the baskets are still failing to load up correctly.

Is there any ideas for when it will be available to everyone?

I've been notified by inside sources that they are planning on releasing the BETA version later this month or early next month, depending on when they fix the current bugs. Please note, everything listed on this thread has been reported to Sulake.

I still think Habbo released BETA far to early. They should have got alot of the major bugs away before releasing it, but I guess they were only trying to meet a deadline.

Shame really.
