Recovering delete files?

I deleted a important file a few weeks ago, is it possible to recover it?

A few weeks ago? There may be a chance, but I would say that the sector has probably been overwritten by now. I'm not sure of any good recovery programs so I'll leave that to somebody else to recommend.

Recuva.com -- Made by the same people that made CCleaner, if the file hasn't been overwritten then you stand a chance, but a few weeks ago... as Stephen said, it's probably gone.
