Habbox Events

Why does Habbox have the near enough the same events every week? Looking back before HxSS they events have been

Falling Furni, Twisted Falling Furni, Snake, Don't Roll a 6, Races, Don t Roll a 6, Falling Furni

What makes people choose these events over the hundreds of similar events that you can find by going to "Games" rooms? Nothing.. i went to an event and the only way you are really getting people there is by asking dj's to advertise via the radio, there is nothing that makes me wanna go to these events because well.. i could probably find the exact same games with better prizes.

Looking at other Fansites they host things like, Big Brother,The Apprentice,Carnival,Habbo Love island

Why can't Habbox host something like that? and don't even bother mentioning HxSS, because thats just all the games i mentioned first except you're in teams and you win points. I think you need to start hosting things for forum members only, if that means someone wanting to sign up to the forum just to take part.. then thats good also. Because half the time your probably just giving the prizes away to people who couldn't care less about Habbox and just take the Hc's and have no interest in what fansite is hosting the game.

So basically what i mean is can you start hosting and planning things that are not the same every week and go on for a period of time like Big brother, Habbo Love island or The Apprentice or maybe even a theme park. And maybe bring some of the things into the forum, for example people need to do tasks on the forum and on Habbo if they are in Big brother..

I agree really which is why I tried to create a more original event compared to rest of HxSS. However HxSS is such a large scale thing, it's like mass production of events . Mass production usually minimizes the options for variance and makes things pretty much repetitive.

However I could see what you're saying being applied to regular events outside of HxSS .

With 10 events a day, 9 excluding hxhd

Its hard to get sucha range of events.

We try and I think the fact that there are 10 events available a day is good enough?

And events are events not big quests etc. (dunno what to class them in)

Yay Someone relpied, i saw 2 events staff abd the manager come here and none of them posted... lol


But yeah i'm not saying it has to be during HxSS it can be at different times of the year, because at the moment i think the only big events are HxSS and a version of it in the winter if im correct .

EDIT- Dogboy, im not saying now during HxSS, im saying s in a month / few weeks when HxSS is over

But why should there only be one/two events that are big like that? Its not that hard to do.. i don't wanna use this as a example but Clubhabbo manage to put these on with no events team and just 1 person running it all, and they even got a memeber of Habbo staff to host there big brother

Im sure Habbox should be able to do that with its 7 events staff maybe more?

Habbox big brothers always fail anyway, I don't know if we've seen one through to the end and most just fall flat on their faces before they start. Just like real big brother has failed

But i mentioned other ones, and im sure the events staff could come with with a big long running event (other than one that involves the same stupid games over and over) if they tried..

hell maybe they could even do a chatshow and get staff / people well known on Habbo / Habbo staff to do interviews..
