    Isn't great. I sent in a safety ban removal for one of my old accounts which was compromised well over a year ago. I have now sent two safety ban removal appeals one on 28th December 2008 which I was given no reply and one on 16th September 2009 which still hasn't been replied to.

    I don't know if this is the same for everybody. I think it's fantastic that you have such a system for a habbo related forum but it's no use to any body if things aren't being dealt with and replied to.

    I think maybe you need somebody new to answer appeals, this isn't a personal attack because I have no idea who answers them or perhaps a few other administrators dealing with them like Yohsi/Brandon or someone? They're both online quite a lot and obviously if they wanted to/had time then I think you should ask one of them to help jin/nvr/matt or whoever deals with them at the current time.

    I think a new section is in order. lol

    Maybe a Forum Support system, a bit like the Habbo support system. (Send an e-mail, get one back, blah blah blah.)

    Some staff could be taken on, and some e-mails could be allocated to who ever the staff are.

    Mine seem to always get replied to, and if not they give me a reason. I say its fine.. could do with one more person maybe, but if Matt still does it then i think there are enough people.

    Sorry about the delay. I'm just a bit busy with stuff in real life at the moment but when I have a chance I will reply to your ticket before 10pm.

    Ps. The Support System got like handled over to me the other day. So you will be seeing me doing most of the tickets from now on.
