    Default Crunches and Reverse Crunches

Has anyone tried either?? and I mean the proper techniques.. like in this video

... I know crunches can be hard.. but i realised they only work the top abs.. not the lower abs so well.. so I tried the reverse crunch and its so painful i wana know your thoughts about these exercises cz i think im reletively fit.. but i stuggle to do 30 of these lol

    I tried both.

The crunches were easier than the reverse ones.
    Damn them reverse ones hurt.

nah it's completly different.. whereas a sit-ups requires a full down to the floor, sit up to your knees kind of motion.. crunches require hardly any motion at all.. working your abdominal muscles

    I do 50 crunches a day.
I tried to do them all in 1 sitting but after 35 it felt like my muscles were going to rip.
