    Default Kidney Transplant.

My brother was born with 1 kidney and only 25% of it worked at birth. It was alright until now and it's constantly went between 22-23% but now it's at 19%. He might have to under-go a transplant in 6 months and Im kind of worried incase something goes wrong. My dad, mum and I both have the same blood-type as him and if there is no donor then we might have to get one. Problem is the person who gets it taken out is going to be groggy and tired. I'll have to drop out of school if this happens and I really dont want to seeing as Im in my AS Levels now. I dont meant to be selfish or anything but if it comes down to life threatening I will which I hope it wont, Im so paranoid

Why would you have to give your kidney and not your parents?

My aunt gave one to my cousin, it wasn't that bad apparently.
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

Depends, they might find a kidney or wait until one is available, which in this day in age won't take too long. If you don't want to, you don't have to It would get in the way of your AS levels afterall.

i think they would use one of your parents and will noly ask you if there was something with using theirs.

Family comes first in my opinion. You can do exams whenever

    I'm sure it'll be fine

When I was born, one of my Kidney's was blocked. The doctor's didn't realize this until I was 5 years old, so I was on a lot of pain up until then, when I eventually had some big operation to have it removed.

anyway, I'd just compare your brother to your school work. I think you'll see what comes first (hope that last bit didn't come off as mean lol)
