So this girl..

Ok, some girl I know started talking to me on facebook and then ended up giving me her number to text her and stuff. I've been texting her everyday, but the first few days she sounded like really interested and stuff, you know with like long text messages and really wanting to get to know me. The past few days though she like says 1 word texts and stuff but acts like she still wants to talk to me which is weird. We hung out last night, just me with her and her friend which is a girl and went bowling. I don't know if I'd consider it flirting what I did with her but I guess it was. She knew like everyone and one of the guys working there was her friend and she kept talking to him a lot. It wasn't like a date or anything. After I took them home and she asked me for a hug and blah, I went and hung out with some friends. Me and her started texting and I asked her if she liked this guy that she had been texting like while we were there and she said "not really anymore" and said he's out of her league and crap. Then we talked some more and she said she didn't really like anyone but she really wanted a boyfriend. Is this like a hint or anything? I just want to know if she likes me or not cause I kinda like her. I've never had a girlfriend and we're both 16 and I just don't know if she likes me or not cause remember she got less talkative to me, even though it's just texting. but any help would be appreciated. I just tried to give you guys all the info

You should stay as you are with each other, get to know her more, do things together and get a better idea of how you both feel towards each other. People say strange things when they like others but just play it out for now and see how it goes.

Yeah that's the worst when girls are like this. It's even worse when they say they don't want a boyfriend yet flirt with everyone. I think you should just keep taking it easy, get to know her more like Yoshi said.

Personally, i do the same.. i would start out with LONG texts then start slowly getting smaller texts, its confusing why, but its true., and her saying she doesn't like anyone atm, doesn't mean anything.. because she could always start and like you,. she can easily change her mind, so keep flirting with her, and see what happens, if you have all of your attention to her, im sure something will happen,

I think you are in a good situation just keep doing what you do know and hang out with her more and you will get an indication if she wants to be with you or not..
