Can anyone give me any tips on how to get some subscribers, I've made popular videos, with good ratings, and lots of views, but no subscribers, help!

You need to find something which you're good at and that you can continue to make content on for a long time. Some people are good at humour, some teaching DIY. People doing tuts on how to do basic pc tasks do not usually do so well though. Originally Posted by Gibs960
Another way is to make videos which target a certain audience or community and make sure that the first videos are good enough that everyone will get their mates to watch it. Like this on a couple of my videos I got up to 2000 views in the first week which is not a lot but its still plenty.

Well people will subscribe if they like your videos, if you aren't getting subscribers then people don't like your videos.
