Default Blank DVD recognized as blank CD

For some reason when I insert a blank DVD into the tray, the system prompts me with options I'd like to take for a blank CD that has been inserted. I'm 100% certain it's a blank DVD, as it says DVD-R on the disk.

All help will be repped and appreciated. Many thanks.
