For fast experience, you can try fly fishing at Barbarian Village, then bank at Edgeville Bank to the north.

There's also a fly fishing spot east of Lumbridge Castle. After a full inventory, you can sell all your fish to the general store nearby.

I've heard fly fishing can get you around 33-44k exp/hour depending on if you bank your fish or not.
