They will be classed as normal rares and if I could add them on the panel (which we can't at the moment due to problems) I would. They are around the 8.0 CS to 12.0 CS from what I have seen and heard. I have already added the Bling Shower to Rare Watch.

Its a promotional rare, you could purchase it. Just like the Security Fence, Red Laser Door, Aqua Laser Gate, Hot Choc Machine, Venomus Habbolus, Golden Oriental Screen, Aqua Spaceship Door, Pink Marble Pillar and so on.
