today when I went into form and I found out something terrible. someone had broke into our music classroom and stole 10 of the apple macs 3 was left when I went into music. everyone's GCSE projects were on there which will effect there overall grade in music. I feel sorry for the yr 11/10/9s because all there hard work was taken in a couple of minutes !

Odd, normally the work is stored on network drives which is then located in the servers elsewhere in the school buildings. I find it very strange that they just stored the work on the actual Mac's.

yeah, people should always backup their work. so even though all of those macs being stolen is incredibly bad and unlucky, people have to take responsibility for their own work to avoid any situations which may lead to work being lost.

tbh i'm not to sure if the saved there work somewhere eles but it still is a great shame if they didn't also to us cause we dont get to have fun on them
lol but yeah very annoying in music since we were ment to be using the macs

When I was at Sixth Form our computer room in the sixth form block had bars on the windows (most computer rooms did to stop people from stealing things).
But then the silly noobs put laptops in there instead of computers.
So theives came one night, smashed the windows and just lifted the laptops through the bars."You live more riding bikes like these for 5 minutes than most people do in their entire lives"

most likely since we are getting temp replacements. luckily they didn't go in the television studio theress thousands of pounds of things in there 3 professional cameras and green screen now that wud be annoying if any of that got taken
