    Default Avatar sequels

    I would have just posted this in the Avatar thread but it's like over a month old. Anyway I was just looking at Sam Worthington's Wki page and in his filmography there is listed not one, not two but three sequels! Avatar 2 (2012), Avatar 3 (2014), Avatar the nabi rebelion (2020).

    However the only other mention is on the original Avatar page which says;
    In 2006, Cameron stated that if Avatar were successful, he hoped to make two sequels to the film. In response to the film's financial success, Cameron confirmed that there will be a sequel, although development and naming have not yet been discussed.
    A sequel was no doubt inevitable, even before we knew of the original film's success, but I don't think further films would be listed anywhere on Wiki without any scrap of substance to back them up, would they?

    i wouldn't be surprised if the studio are pushing for a sequel in the upcoming years considering avatars success. but whether james could churn another one out anytime soon (and to meet his own standards) is another story considering how long avatar took.

    He is very good at making sequels, look at all his previous films. Also, the 2020 one is probably a lie a 13 year old could of put that there.

    All are fake. As soon as a sequel is announced, it'll be on IMDb.

    I don't see how anythings fake unless its on internet movie database, a lot of stuff on there is as dubious as wikipedia.

    If Cameron expressed interest in making another if the first succeeded then I'd say a sequel is more or less likely to happen.
    something.
