Is there not a newer solution you could use instead of relying on Javascript to expand an iFrame?

    Bit outdated I'd say.

I decided not to use iFrames. I did re-consider but I feel AJAX is the way forward.

I noticed 1 problem I had with AJAX and that was if you have a page that you wish to automaticlly refresh such as a DJ Says or something, the AJAX prevents it doing so...

Because as more techniques are relased, they soon become standard as they are inefficient compared to the new ways.

It's an online radio and that would cause the page to completely reload therefore stopping the radio that is embedded on the index.

I have put the DJ says and radio in an iFrame so they can be easily reloaded. The rest of the content uses AJAX.
