    Default Motoroa Milestone

I am looking to either get one of these here. Is this a decent phone?

I am either looking to get one of these or a 32gb iPod Touch + DSLR Camera with spare cash.

You may say 'phone and music player is 100% different' - but I may stick with the phone, or just use my current phone and get the touch and camera.

    Thoughts?

    DO IT, DO IT NOW.

The Motorola Droid (Milestone in the UK) is one of THE best phones out.

Just read description, and does look ERY good. What is the little square thing next to the QWERTY keyboard?? Also would there be anything where I can do work, like type stuff out?

    Cheers

Very interesting video: iPhone 3GS vs. Motorola Droid

Only one point he missed - the droid doesn'#t cost so much to have on a fair, decent contract

    --

Btw is the droid the same as the milestone or..?

An even better deal for the Droid: here

Same minutes, internet and texts. £15 per month + £249.99 start fee. Saves you £70ish over the two years.

The Droid is the same as the Milestone, it's just the European version decided to use a different name.

I'm not sure what the thing next to the keyboard is, I thought it was like a trackpad? But im not sure.

Also yeah, you can get apps to write docs etc but you wouldn't wanna do it for a long time

Yeah, 3.5mm is the standard earphone jack you'd see on iPods, computers, iPhones etc
