Disabling Program Compatibilty Assisstant

I need to install Tesco Internet Security but that thing says its blocked for some reason. I need to disable it. I have already tried disabling the service but that doesnt work.

Why do you need to install that? I've never heard of it but I wager there are better security suites out there, try windows security essentials

As with other Tesco software, Internet Security is a rebranded package – Panda software in this case – and in practice this simply results in a lower price and therefore better value for money.
