Is the budget for each item or for a HHD, mobo and graphics card together? If its all of them you probably won't be looking at anything groundbreaking, try looking for some older stuff. If your HHD is IDE then you might struggle to get a lot of capacity but if its SATA you can get a 500GB for about £40-£50

    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/124228 - 500GB HDD for a shade under £40
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/199913 - Nvidia 9800 graphics card will give you some pretty nice performance for £70, you could go for a cheaper one if you're not going to be doing much gaming.

yeah its IDE, but thats why i wanted a new Mobo. And i thought it would be enough, looking at prices on there, i dont have to have the graphics card, i could always stick with the onboard graphics if there is one.

What do you want to use your computer for? The graphics card I posted would be overkill if all you're doing was watching youtube videos.

Oh right on board graphics will probably be fine then you won't get much advantage from using a separate one. What processor do you have?

As far as I'm aware, from your other thread, your processor is a Socket 478 currently, which can take Northwood/Prescott processors.
