Yes the first ever f2p quest in years since Rune Mysteries is The Blood Pact, You have to help Xenia rescue a gril that was taken prisoner. This quest is best for lower levels who want to learn more about Combat and gives pretty decent rewards for lower levels including 3 new weapons (1 for each combat method) and for those who have 300qp after completing this quest will be able to get a Helm of Trials.

Well if there is a new quest the quest cape will still have to complete that new one before you can wear it again, but as for the Helm of Trials, the requirement sticks at 300qp and can be worn any time u have achieved it

Yeh if a new quest comes out after you have QC it gets unequipped and you can't wear it until you complete the new quest
