Aye but they can't do anything to the person watching can they? (This is an actual question not rhetorical). They just tend to shut down as many streams as possible.

they can;t do anything to the people watching it, but it would just be annoying finding a decent stream only then for it to get shut down and might not find another one thats worth watching
