I remember that program Do you live in that town/village? It came over like it was a newly discovered land full of excentrics who had never left the place but I imagine thats how the tv crew decided to make it look. It did look an lovely place but imagine in the winter its worth keeping well clear of.

i live in the town 6 miles out, it's very much like how it was portrayed but it was made around 5 years ago (wasn't shown on tv for a while because of mike's death and having to find a new baron - who has done jack all for that hell hole). that village just cares about jesus and fishing, which is why they really didn't like Mclaren but the teenagers there are nothing like that at all, it's a nice place but full of a lot of deluded people lol. only 8 people voted Mclaren at the end
