    Well I am off to university in September and I applied for my finance the other day and I kind of applied using the wrong form. What with people taking a gap year I thought that the form for 10/11 would be for them, starting next year but well its not and I applied like an idiot using the 09/10 form lol. Anyone know what I should do? x

    I thought it was weird that when I tried entering the date which the course starts, I couldn't put anything past the end of August hehe. Oh well I'll give them a ring on Tuesday or something lol.

    Word of advice, ring when the lines open at 8am and you'll get straight through. Last year if I rang any time after 11 I would be waiting for at least half an hour.

    Also anything you post to them send it recorded delivery. They like to pretend they haven't received important documents until I ask if they'd like to see my postal receipt and they magically appear.

    thought that said student fiasco then.... wouldnt be far off, student finance -.- id just send another form in and tell them to cancel the other

    You don't wanna hang around with them, they are THE worst company in the world to get through to. Also don't call on a mobile because you'll probably be on hold for about half an hour.
