Right she has an pc and its got loads of crap on it from where my bro used to use it and she wants me to wipe it off everything so its looked like when you first get a computer and turn it on if u get what i mean?

when you install windows 7 it will ask you to upgrade or "custom", custom wipes all your files and programs and does a clean install. If thats what you want choose custom. I think this is what you want to do? Hope it helps
