    Default PayPal

So two weeks ago, I bought something off eBay and paid with my debit card using PayPal. The item was £80 and I had £300 in my account at the time. Now, it still hasn't been taken from my bank account two weeks later. In the past it's gone straight away, but now I'm worried I'm gonna have to keep £80 in my account for weeks until they decide to take it so I don't know overdrawn?

    Is this normal for PayPal?

Go on ebay and check if it shows up as paid? Are you sure it hasnt taken it out of your paypal instead of your card?

Definitely marked as paid, I recieved the item. I also checked the PayPal reciept and it does say it came off my card, and I had no money in my account and my card is the only one linked up :S

That is odd. Check your bank statement just in case.

If you dont to keep the 80£ in your bank account transfer it into your paypal so it will just even out the balance
