Best PAYG Tariff for Nexus One?

I have an UNLOCKED Nexus One and I want to know what the best PAYG tariff is for it?

I wanted a contract but I have bad credit so I can't get one. In the tariff, I'm looking for six hundred texts or more, minutes don't matter because I don't really call people. Also, I need unlimited internet

How about getting one of those sim only contracts that you just top up every month?
Three have some good cheap ones, but your best looking around yourself to see what suits you.
