Recovering iPod Touch Music +REP

[Caution]

I had to format my computer, I backed everything up but it didn't copy over right and the music on my iPod is not on my current (empty hdd). I've looked on the internet how to do this, I can't put it in disk drive because of the kind of iPod, I got it to show up in my computer but it just says it's a digital camera for some reason. Anyone know how to copy music over?

If anyone knows any decent recovery software pls post.

iPod Touches and iPhones dont have the same "disk mode" other iPods have, it shows up as a digital camera so you can get at screenshots that you've taken by holding down power and pressing home.

There's some application that dumps all the files on an iPod Touch, but I forgot the name.

I found a program to copy the ipod music, and recovered some videos and stuff. still photos missing but i'll get them later
