if ur lazy and u dont want to exercise Well its not that hard i know some people would laugh at this but i sore on a programme that u can do bum ups on ur sofa / sit down then go like ur going to stand up but dont lean on anything its as simple as that and no flicking through tv programmes aint exercise

) I go to the gym at least twice a week and I also cycle to work and back which adds up to 10 miles and I do this 3 times a week.I'm a bit of a sport GEEK.
