Does anyone have links to articles about heat (what heat is etc.)? Maybe a book or TV documentary?

Heat is a form of energy, far as I'm aware. Things give off heat energy and light energy when they combust.
Temperature is just a measure of the kinetic energy a substance holds. When you heat something up, you provide the molecules with more energy, basically they move around faster. So something which we feel as hotter than something else, has molecules moving faster than something which we feel as cold, which would have slower moving molecules.
    There's a psuedo-chemistry definition.
