Hey there, seeing as the typewriter hasnt been released to the Public in ANY hotel (aka buyable from catalogue)
The chances are it will rise, but it has already rised dramatically and might not rise anymore, then again i may be wrong.
The 'Typewritter' will also be classed as a Super-Rare

It should be around the same, they're a lot of them now given all of the hotels.

Seems like they are trading at 100-120HC ish on the new hotel. They were 12HC on SG, which is really low tbh. But i think they will do okay. I can't seem them going up anymore but can't see a huge drop either.
I've left.I'm back.
