From the official fansite page it sounds like fansite voting will be open sometime next week. Hopefully giving all the official CA/AUS/SG/UK fansites a chance to become a .com official fansite.

The Fansite relaunch will be coming shortly and hopefully in that period of time our dedicated user base that has supported in all official fansite votes to this day (since the Habbox ban on becoming official was lifted) will once again support Habbox in the up and coming fansite vote.

I must say I am somewhat disappointed with the way Sulake has handled this situation. Fansites from the SG, UK and CA hotels are being put at a serious and unfair disadvantage with the introduction of this previous non-existent rule. You would think that, with the merge, all previous official fansites would have been allowed to get a decent footing on the Hotel from the off. I think it is outrageous that Moderators were not given a list of all previous official fansites.

Nevertheless we are not about to let this stop us from becoming an established fansite on the new Hotel.
