You can only access it if you're logged in, I don't know but it may still be under construction and only staff can see it?

Heya Ben,
I'm not sure if the Habbox HUB is finished at the moment really, since It only seems to be viewable if you are logged in at the moment, meaning it may be restricted as to who can view it. When some content is unfinished, occasionally this is done.
As for the linkage, I'm not sure why they link to Habbo articles, but I'm sure the rooms will be linked up properly soon.
Sorry I can't help more, but I'm not exactly a content designer, but yeah from what I understand, it's still being worked on and the links were probably put there temporarily or by mistake. I'm sure it will be sorted and released to the public in due course.
