Might finally wake Sulake up to all the hackings of recent. Especially since they'll be hit with lawsuits from parents unhappy about swearing and vulgar language used in a MODERATOR alert.

I wouldn't be to sure, Habbo are going to get sued by alot of people over this, esp if the stuff has been deleted like furni etc as people have paid for them.

People will sue over anything these days, so they probably will sue over the mass messages as some kids who play Habbo are only 11 and parents don't want their kids seeing things like that.

Definately it will go that far. In the United States lawsuits against corporations based on this form of conduct is all too popular. This sort of thing is monitored closely by the FCC and 1 single complaint can actually have the whole US division of habbo hotel closed. The United States government is very strict regarding these policys and surely they will be receiving alot of complaints but more damaging they will definately be contacted by the US Federal communications commission or the appropriate department which will Slap them with a hefty fine. They may also receive civil lawsuits from parents who will claim their children should not be exposed to this language and vulgarity especially for a service in which their parents have funded.

To be honest I hope they are hit with a huge fine, what we witnessed on Habbohotel.com today is something that the whole corporation should be ashamed of and I myself will definately file a complaint against them with the proper federal department of the US governement.

Youth should not be subjected to this conduct within a service for which parents are paying a fee to keep their children safe and occupied.
