I have had PM exchanges with most of the ex-GMs and I must say MattGarner is much more professional than the ex's.

I remember PM'ing Sammeth, after 2 PMs, he used to run it like a dictatorship "I wont reply anymore and will delete any PMs from you without reading it". That sort of behaviour is extremely rude and most ex-GMs used it and glad to see Matt hasnt followed in their footsteps - so this thread is as a thank you for not being an arse like some other GMs.

Yeah Sam did it to me all the time about any complaint or anything in general. Once he had his say, he was not willing to listen anymore. He resigned a few days before I posted my complaint.

tbh I've only ever known Jin to act that way, none of the GMs. I'll believe you on the Sam part though because he was just thoroughly fed up with it all by the end and couldn't bring himself to care about petty arguments, hence resigning once he'd made sure things were going to go as he wanted with regards to upper management when he left.
