Hinata and Neji are actually my favorite characters, other than Naruto. I just like their taijutsu style. : ).

ot; I think the hair needs to be.. volumized(?) on the sides and around the forehead area. Just seems waaaay too flat.

yep the hair is off. Needs more volume on the top coz it just looks like it's stuck to her head

Yeah I didn't do her hair too puffy this time.. i remember doing an anime alt like a year ago or so and people would critic about the hair being too puffy
Ill prob edit it later.. btw kyle, on that little green outline you did.. her left side fringe shouldnt be too thick or it looks ugly when joined with the outline of her face..
