But can you still drop it on the floor and it will appear after time for them?

no, there is a limit of about 3k which restricts items from appearing again.

no, unless your like in pvp risking 76k... then you can get good drops but not from to dropping.

If you have been on their friends list for like 3 months or something the trade limit goes up.

There are methods of transfering, websites such as Rs4gold charge to transfer gold quickly.

Such methods are usually not around for very long but sometimes work very well.

Try fishing around for newer ones that you may be able to use.
