Someone managed to close my Twitter i've emailed support and twice got an email stating the following
" You've got an open support ticket and it's been awhile since we've heard from you. Hopefully this means your issue has been resolved; we're closing this ticket in hopes that it's true. If it's not, please respond to this email to reopen the ticket and confirm that the issue is not yet resolved"
The problem is when I reply to it - i wait and then they simply send that email back after a few days, yet they haven't actually replied or done anything?
If I keep reopening it will somone eventually reply?
